  • How to configure extra plugins in jmeter ?

    There are many times we have to use some features in Jmeter that are not present in Jmeter, so we have to install some additional plugins to use those additional features. These features can be like JSON Path Extractor, AutoStop listener, etc.

    Configuring plugin is something tricky in Jmeter because here we do not have to install any new software under the Help menu for the plugin. The only thing we have to do is to first download the latest zip file of plugin from the official website http://jmeter-plugins.org/downloads/all/.

    The extracted files will be saved in extras and lib folder of jmeter.

    Now extract the files in the apache Jmeter base directory. Once all the files are extracted and saved in the directory then restart Jmeter and you will see the new plugins in Jmeter.
