Magento Mini cart problem

Hello,
I have a question my Mini cart (ajax) doesn't work well. It doesn't update.
The checkout cart works well. I'm using Magento 1.9 latest stable version.
Does somebody knows the solution.

Sorry I wasn't clear about that, The mini cart has zero items in it, and shows no total price (after adding a product to the cart). The checkout works fine.

what exactly problem you are facing in add to cart functionality? Is cart not updated or product not showing in mini cart? Please give detail about it.
