Allias Grindrod Born and raised in Cambridge New Zealand, Allias is a franchising professional with almost 10 years in C-Suite franchise roles across Australia and New Zealand, primarily in the functions of operations and marketing. Allias has been nominated and short-listed for many awards in business, and most notably was the winner of the prestigious SmartCompany Business Awards in 2020. Allias has a strong track record of implementing cutting-edge technologies into the businesses she leads. Allias is driving the growth of Candoo locally as Director of our New Zealand operations.
