Ramone Kindrat

Ramone Kindrat was born in Saskatchewan and raised in Manitoba. She has a love of the outdoors and is an avid hiker and kayaker throughout Western Canada. She is passionate about maintaining a healthy body and mind through regular exercise, yoga and meditation. Ramone Kindrat has been married for over 30 years and raised three children into adulthood. When asked what are the secrets to a successful life and marriage are, she stated it is essential to look after her personal wellness both physically and mentally. "When we look after out own issues and keep a positive attitude, then we have something to offer in a relationship with others. When we are negative and consumed with anxiety or depression, we become a burden to others and our relationships suffer". Ramone believes that it is essential to keep a balance in all aspects of life including physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellness. When feeling negative energy, the best solution is to get outside and experience nature which is a natural anecdote to depression. Ramone believes in the practice of gratitude as an essential part of overall wellness. Happiness is simple: be thankful for everything we have, and focus on living in the present moment. Don't waste the beauty of the present moment with thoughts of the past or worries about the future, that has not happened yet.
