Shaun Stevens has vast and varied land development experience, and his work can be seen throughout London. He has a talent for moving projects forward and is hands-on, overseeing all suppliers and subtrades throughout his projects. Some of his notable development projects include a 60 bedroom student development on Richmond Street in London and the renovation of a 28-unit apartment building in Guelph. Mr. Stevens also built two dream homes for the Hospital Foundation.
