Hi Guys

The car moving is caused due to the sprite image being moved by changing its position. If you see the code, there is a big sprite image with all the angles of the car. So when the mouse/finger is moved, based on the distance the sprite image is moved left or right. Check this link .I hope it will help you.

Not sure , but I think you have to use OpenGL in android.
