    As I mentioned in my previous blog that Drupal 7 is shipped with four default themes, listed below

    1. Bartik
    2. Garland
    3. Seven
    4. Stark

    I would like to share some useful features of default themes

    Bartik

    1. Easily to configure color scheme, using the Theme Manager
    2. Supports four-column area at the bottom of page
    3. Supports one, two, or three-column layouts
    4. A very wide selection of regions 15 in total
    5. Flexible width that adjusts to the user's display

    Garland

    1. Supports Six regions
    2. Supports Flexible width display or Fixed width display
    3. Supports one, two, or three-column layout
    4. Easily configurable color scheme, using the Theme Manager

    Stark

    1. Supports Seven regions
    2. Flexible width that adjusts to the users display
    3. Supports one, two, or three-column layout
