Global Theme Configuration
I am asuming this is the fresh installaiton of drupal.
From the menu bar click on Appearance you would see that Bartik is selected as the default frontend and seven is the Administrative theme,
Where to change the setting for them
Please click on the activated frontend theme setting link once click you will presented with three tabs named as Global Settings, Bartik, Seven. By default the Global tab is opened where you would see the option
- Toggle display
These options control the default display settings for your entire site, across all themes. Unless they have been overridden by a specific theme, these settings will be used.
below option will be available to be get selected.
Logo /* Site logo that would normally appear on the left top of the site*/
Site name /*Site name*/
Site slogan /*Site slogan would appear just below the site name*/
User pictures in posts /* allow to show the little user picture in side og post*/
User pictures in comments /*same as user picture but this time it will display with comments*/
User verification status in comments
Shortcut icon /*allows you to select an icon that will appear in the address bar and bookmarks of certain browsers*/
Main menu /*enable main menu*/
Secondary menu /* enable secondary menu*/
- Logo image settings
If toggled on, the following logo will be displayed. Allows you to select which logo the site theme will use.
- Shortcut icon settings
Your shortcut icon, or 'favicon', is displayed in the address bar and bookmarks of most browsers.
