  • How to check mode_rewrite is enables on the server?

    To check mod_rewrite enabled or not you need to follow the following steps:

    • Create a php file on to your server and call phpinfo() function to that file.
    • Now access the file using your Browser.
    • Inside apache2handler you will find a field Loaded Modules. It displays the modules that are loaded.
    • Here check that mod_rewrite exist or not. If yes then that means mod_rewrite is enabled.
    • If you didn't find it inside the loading modules that means they are disabled.
