To update the new content from old content on your site, you can make a "fetch and render"

request from Google webmaster.

And if you want to remove a page from search engine that is already removed from your site,you

can put this page into robots.txt as "Disallow".So,in future google do not indexed that page

of your site which is already deleted.

example-

User-agent: *

Disallow: /page-you-dont-want-to-show/

Disallow: /~joe/junk.html

or

2)To remove the page from search engine that is already deleted from site, You can make a remove request from Google Webmaster.

Steps to request Google webmaster to remove URL-

1. Login To webmaster
2. Goto Dashboard
3. Goto Google Index
4. Click on Remove URLs
5. Click on Create a new Removal Request
6. Enter the link.
