Hello readers today we discuss about the Godaddy shared server issue.

Yesterday I faced issue in Godaddy shared server. When I navigate our site sometime link break and blank page come, but when I reload or refresh again the page is working fine.

Reason causing this issue:

I create a folder into root directory and put all the WordPress files inside this folder. Below is the structure of root directory:

1. myfolder-name (inside this folder file structure like wp-admin, wp-content, wp-includes, etc.)
2. 404.shtml
3. home.html
4. layout-styles.css

Solution for this issue is

I just talked with the support from Godaddy. They told me that the website was not installed in the right folder and that's why the structure links were broken and they guide me through it to rebuild linking and move the folder to the right place. And the right place is :
Put all the folders and file into the root directory like

1. 404.shtml
2. home.html
3. layout-styles.css
4. wp-admin
5. wp-content
6. wp-includes
7. etc

Now it's working fine.
