    VoiceXML applications include taking orders from customers, making inquiry about any product, package tracking, driving directions, emergency notification, wake-up, flight tracking. VoiceXML is broadly used by call centres for Customer relationship management, voice dialing.
    Although CCXML is emerging as much more powerful for voice applications.
