In WordPress, there is a Reading setting option in WordPress dashboard which is inside setting option. We can use this Reading setting for controlling Reading experience in WordPress. Reading setting is utilized to set the substance  which is related to the front page.

To get to the Reading  settings, simply take after the underneath steps:

Step 1: If we want to change  Reading settings, we have to go to Settings -> Reading options.

Step 2: Then reading Setting page will be shown as shown in below fig.

Below I am explaining all the fields which can be seen on the reading settings:-

Front page displays: This area is utilized to show the front page from any of the below types:-

• Your latest posts: It shows most recent posts which we have created on the front page.
• A static page: It shows the static pages on the front page.

            - Front Page: You can choose the genuine page you need to show on front page starting from the drop down.

            - Posts Page: You can choose the page starting from the drop which contains posts.

Blog pages show at most: The number of posts to be shown on per page or website. In WordPress by default, it is 10.

Syndication feeds show the most recent: The client can see the number of posts when they download one of the webpage sustains. in WordPress by default, it is 10.

For each article in a feed, show: This segment is utilized to show the post by selecting any of the below format:

• Full Text: It shows the complete post.  
• Summary: It shows a summary of the post.

Search Engine Visibility: After tapping on the checkbox, Discourage web crawlers from indexing this website, your webpage will be overlooked by the web search tool.
