    If sign in bar is not visible in Skype, then you can follow the following steps:

    Step 1 : Go to Windows Start

    Step 2 : Select All Programs

    Step 3 : Select Accessories

    Step 4 : Right click on Command Prompt

    Step 5 : Select "Run as administrator"

    Step 6 : Type the following in the command prompt window and then press Enter.

               regsvr32 jscript.dll

    Step 7: Now you will receive a message something like : XXX.dll was successfully registered.

    Step 8: Reboot your computer.
