CMM Model:-
Capability Maturity Model [CMM] individualizes an expanding sequence of levels of any software development association. This follow the concept like as “highest level of the model then best of the software development process”, that’s why arriving on every level is very costly and also time-exhausting procedure.
Different Levels Of Capability Maturity Model [ CMM ]:-
There are mainly 5 levels in the capability maturity model. These 5 levels are described in the below --

Initial Or Beginning:- This is the first level of the CMM model. From this level we start to make any new software. At the initial state all process are disordered even not in well manner. Success of every company or organization greatly depends on the separate accomplishment, ability and improvidence.
Repeatable:- This is the second level of the CMM model. This level of any software development company has an essential and compatible project management approaches to trace the price, agenda and utility or functionality. Program administration is the main feature in this level of any company. In this level all basic project management approaches are fixed.
Defined Or Determined:- This is the third level of the CMM model.Under this level the software procedure for the both administration and engineering operations are authenticated or recorded in systematic or organized way and merged into a conventional software process for the complete organization and all projects beyond the company's utilization and sanctioned. In this level we defined the customized version of the company's standard or paradigm software method for the development, maintenance and testing to the software or application.
Managed Or Controlled:- This is the fourth level of the CMM level. Management can powerfully manage the software development accomplishments applying exact dimensions. In this level company fix a certain objective for each software procedure and software maintenance. In this level of CMM, the execution of process is managed by applying mathematical and another quantitative approaches.
Optimization:- This is the fifth and last level of the CMM model.The main feature of the 5’th level is concentrating on continuously enhancing, process accomplishment through both progressive and advanced technical enhancements. At this level we makes few changes to enhance the accomplishment of the process.
