In a Swift Program:-

    UIApplication.sharedApplication().openURL(NSURL(string: UIApplicationOpenSettingsURLString))

In a Objc Program:-

   [[UIApplication sharedApplication] openURL:[NSURL URLWithString:UIApplicationOpenSettingsURLString]];
