1. In admin panel click on Catalog->Manage Products.

2. Click on Add Product button.

3. Select Attribute Set and Product Type.(Default & Simple Product)

4. In General tab fill the mendatory details like Name, Description, Short Description, SKU, Weight, Status and Visibility.

(Note : Set Status enable to make to product visible)

5. Select the Price tab from the left side and fill mandetory details like Price and Tax Class.  
  
6. Select the Image tab from the left side and click on the browse file button to select the required images from the system. we can select multiple images at one time. then click on the Upload File button.
(Note : The image resolution should be 300*450)

7. Select the Design tab from the left side to set the Product Detail page layout for that Select Page Layout Option to 2-column with right bar.

8. Select the Product Brand tab from the left side to set the Product Brand from the MGS Brand drop down options.

9. Select the Product info tab from the left side and fill the details about order info & best info.

10. Select the inventory tab from the left side to set the product qty and the Stock Availability. 

11. Select website tab from the left side and check on the main website checkbox.

12. Select on the category tab on left side and select the required category from the category tree.

13. Select on the Custom option tab to add custom tabs in product detail. For that click on the Add new option button on the right top.

Afterwards fill title text box and input type after that click on the Add new row button to add the values of the custom option.Repeat the same step to add more custom options 
14. After completeting all details click on the save button on the top right.
