How to import md5mesh and anim into away builder ?
Step 1 - File/ Import/ TF_CH_Mesh.md5mesh (3d md5mesh format)

Step 2 - file/ Import/ TF_CH_NetGun_Animation.md5anim (animation)
Step 3 - in Animation tab drag null(skeleton Clip Node) into null (skeleton Animation set)

step 4 - click > add new (button) than click > skeleton Animator1 button

Step 5 - select > 3d mesh in viewport then select > skeleton Animator1

step 6 - select > skeleton Animator1 Blue arrow

step 7 - click null Blue arrow
