    This tutorial will guide you to add OpenERP Report Designer in menu for Creating Report in openoffice.
    Follow these step to add menu in openERP
    1 - install base_report_designer module in database
    2 - Download openoffice and open
    3 - configure the openoffice
    * Download openerp_report_designer.zip file
    * Go to menu (tools -> Extension Managers) and add openerp_report_designer.zip this zip file
    * Restart openoffice file

    Then you can see OpenERP Report Designer in Menu bar in openoffice
