    Procurement Exceptions means A Procurement Exception occurs when the system cannot find a way to fulfill a procurement. Some exceptions will resolve themselves automatically, but others require manual intervention.
    To Create Procurement Exceptions in openerp follow these step given below
    Step1- To install warehouse module in openerp
    Step2- then Go to Warehouse -> Schedulara -> Procurement Exceptions
    and create Procurement Exceptions as shown in figure given below
