Answer it
When using Spine (http://esotericsoftware.com/) JavaScript version. How can I access the frame numbers while the animation is playing as I have to perform some tasks based on them ?

I have found the answer for the above query.

Spine animations are based on the tweening of the objects in spine. Hence it does not provide frame numbers unlike the spritesheet animations.
